There’s simple (and carnivorous) eats like the bacon, egg, Swish cheese and caramelised onion milk bun, while plant-based eaters can tuck into the sweet potato, red lentil and kale fritters topped with avocado, field mushrooms and cashew-dill cream. Both snackers and feasters are well catered at lunch time, with nibble-worthy options like za’atar-dusted flat breads with garlic hommus, through to ponzu-marinated chicken burger with sesame slaw and all of the trimmings.
